摘要
针对甘肃某金精矿含砷(12.44%)高的特点,进行了金、砷分离选矿试验研究。通过试验探索,确定采用抑硫浮砷工艺流程,即金精矿细磨后采用石灰为抑制剂、硫酸铜为活化剂进行浮选毒砂抑制黄铁矿。其结果表明:抑硫浮砷工艺流程较好地解决了金精矿含砷高的问题,且浮选闭路试验获得了较好的分离效果,金精矿金品位33.65 g/t、含砷1.19%,金作业回收率91.48%。
In light of the high arsenic content( 12.44 % ) in one gold concentrate from Gansu province, experi- mental research on the separation of gold and arsenic is carried out. Through testing, a flowsheet of sulfur depression and arsenic flotation is settled in which lime is used as depressor and copper sulfate as activator after fine grinding of gold concentrates to float arsenopyrite and depress pyrite. The results show that the sulfur depression and arsenic flota- tion process rather smoothly solves the problem of high content of arsenic in gold concentrates and the closed circuit a- chieves satisfactory separation effect with the grade of gold concentrate being 33.65 g/t, arsenic content 1.19 % and ~old recovery rate 91.48 %.
