摘要
在经济发展新常态下,民办本科院校面临着向应用技术型高校的转型发展,教师队伍作为学校教育中重要的组成部分也出现了新的诉求,亟需通过校企合作、聘任兼职教师和体制机制协同发展等路径来不断加强师资队伍的建设。
Under the new economic norm, private undergraduate colleges and universities are facing the transformation to technology-oriented ones. Teaching staff, an important part of school education,is facing some new demands. Therefore, universityenterprise cooperation management, system and mechanism coordinated development and employing part-time teachers can strengthen the construction of teaching staff and meet the demands.
