叶下珠药理作用研究进展

叶下珠为大戟科植物叶下珠Phyllanthus urinaria的干燥全草,具有平肝清热、利水解毒之功效。研究显示其在抗乙型肝炎病毒、保肝护肝、抗肿瘤、抗病原微生物、抗氧化、抗血栓等方面均具有较好的药理作用,值得进一步开发研究。对叶下珠药理作用研究进展情况进行综述,为合理开发提供参考。

Phyllanthi Urinariae Herba is dry grass of Phyllanthus urinaria, and has a fiat liver and clearing heat and diuresis detoxification in traditional Chinese medicine. Studies have shown that the effects of anti-hepatitis B virus, hepatoprotective, antitumor, resistance microbial, anti-oxidation, anti-thrombosis were good and worthy of further research and development. The research progress on the pharmacological effects of P. urinaria were reviewed in order to provide a reference for the rational development of this product.
