摘要
目的:探讨在围产期对产妇进行优质护理的效果。方法:选取近年来在我院进行自然分娩的328例产妇作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将这些产妇分为观察组和对照组,每组各164例产妇。为观察组产妇进行优质护理,为对照组产妇进行常规护理。然后比较两组产妇对护理服务的满意度及其对新生儿进行母乳喂养的情况。结果:经过护理后,观察组产妇对护理服务的总满意率及其对新生儿进行母乳喂养的几率均明显高于对照组产妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在围产期对产妇进行优质护理的效果显著,能提高其对护理服务的满意度及其对新生儿进行母乳喂养的几率。
Objective： To analyze the path of the maternity ward to implement high quality nursing service and the expected effect. Methods select our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 328 cases received during the period of natural childbirth puerpera, 328 cases compared two groups of maternal care satisfaction and breastfeeding rates. Results by different clinical nursing mode after the intervention, the observation group, 164 cases of clinical nursing satisfaction, P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion at the same time increase the breastfeeding rate, is worth popularizing subsequent comprehensive application.
