摘要
PICU中的患儿在生命体征稳定程度及疾病的严重性方面明显不同于其他患儿，PICU实施介入肺科学诊疗技术尤其适用于这些不容易或不能安全移动的危重症患儿。因此，在PICU加强介入肺科学技术的建设与规范化发展是救治患儿和儿童重症医学科建设的需要。
Children in PICU are significantly different from other children in vital signs stable degree and disease severity. Interventional pulmonology is used in diagnosis and treatment for children in PICU, especially for critically ill children who are not easy or cannot be moved safely. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the construction and standardized development of interventional pulmonology in PICU.
