摘要 病例介绍患儿，男，3岁，以“间断发热伴有皮疹13d”为主诉人院。患儿13d前无明显诱因出现周身密集红斑，颜色鲜红，逐渐增多融合成片，伴痒感，同时出现发热，热峰39℃，
