摘要
患儿，男，5岁3个月，因“咳嗽10d，加重精神萎靡1d，意识障碍3h”入院。入院前10d，患儿无明显诱因出现咳嗽，无气促发绀，无发热，无呕吐腹泻，给予口服抗生素治疗，患儿病情无明显减轻。入院前1d夜间患儿出现精神萎靡，醒时烦躁不安，夜间痰鸣，咳嗽加重，无气促发绀，无抽搐，
