摘要
本文以施工海工高性能混凝土含气量测试结果为基础,针对海工高性能混凝土含气量的经时变化,分析了运距、泵送方式及振捣时间对混凝土含气量的影响,结果表明:含气量在运输过程中,随着运输时长不断增大,含气量的变化与运距或运输时间基本呈线性关系;泵送降低了混凝土的含气量,含气量的变化量,服从正态分布;振捣时间对含气量的影响显著,振动时间越长,含气量损失越大。
Abstract: In the construction of three concrete construction contract section, time-dependent compres- sive air content of marine high performance concrete are studied. Study on the distance, pumped and vi-brating of concrete air content, air content in marine high performance concrete in the transport is slow- ly increasing. The correlativity between the change of air content and the transport-distent or the period of transport is linear. The air content in concrete drops ten percent due to dumping. The vibration have a great effect on concrete air content, and increasing vibration time results in an increasing air loss ratio.
