论传统民居建筑群体的保护与发展——以莆田市涵江区涵西街道红砖厝建筑为例

The Protection and Development of Traditional Construction Group——Based on the Red-Brick Masion in Hanxi Street, Hanjiang District, Putian City

通过实地调研及入户访问,收集相关资料并参考其他历史街区的保护模式,分析涵西街道红砖厝建筑在现代化进程中存在的问题及发展阻碍,探讨保护其传统民居建筑群体的发展策略和可行措施,建议结合旅游开发,完善多方参与红砖厝建筑的保护体系。

Problems and obstructions in the development of the red- brick masion in Hanxi Street are analyzed by making reference to the relevant materials, which are collected by on-site research and door-todoor interview and other methods of protection on historical street districts. The development strategies and feasible measures of the historical street district are discussed and several suggestions are put forward. For example, combining tourism with exploitation, improving multiparty participation on the system of the protection of the red-brick masion.
