应用技术型本科高校教师教学能力实证研究——以福建省6所高校为例 被引量:5

An Empirical Study of Teaching Ability of Teachers in Technological Application-Oriented Colleges and Universities——Take 6 Colleges and Universities of Fujian Province as Examples

摘要 选取福建省6所应用技术型本科高校教师教学能力进行调查,认为:教师在教育思想教育理念、实践能力、应用性研究能力、理论联系实践的教学能力、创新创业能力等应用技术型本科高校教师必备的教学能力上还有较大提升空间。针对实证结果,提出应用技术型本科高校教师提升上述教学能力的若干建议。 The study selects six technological application- oriented universities to investigate faculty's teaching ability in Fujian Province. The result shows that the educational thought and idea, practical ability,applied research ability, the teaching ability of theory and practice, innovation and entrepreneurial ability and so on, which are necessary ability for teachers in technological application- oriented university, still need improving. The study puts forward some suggestions to enhance faculty's teaching ability in technological application-oriented colleges and universities.
