Cultivation of Socialist Core Values among University Students Based on Excellent Traditional Culture

在当代社会多元文化的冲击下,大学生正经历着文化不自信与价值观迷茫的多重考验。立足优秀传统文化培育大学生的社会主义核心价值观是十分必要的。调查发现大学生对传统文化了解的少、认可度低,践行的更少,提出通过优化课堂教学、加强校园文化建设和社会舆论宣传等,使大学生熟悉中华优秀传统文化精髓,在此基础上形成社会主义核心价值观,以增强大学生的文化自信和自觉。

Under the impact of cultural diversification in the contemporary society, university students are experi- encing multiple tests with lack of confidence in culture and confusions in value. Therefore, it is essential to cultivate so- cialist core values among university students based on excellent traditional culture. The survey finds that university students do not know much about the traditional culture with a low recognition of the culture and they even rarely apply themselves to the practice. Therefore, the author suggests making university students familiar with traditional Chinese and cultural quintessence by optimizing the process of teaching in class, and strengthening the cultural cultivation on campus and social media and publicity, which helps to form socialist core values and builds up self-confidence and self-awareness in culture.
