胰管结石体外震波碎石术临床应用进展 被引量：3

摘要 慢性胰腺炎（CP）是由各种原因引起的胰腺实质进行性纤维化，导致胰腺组织结构和功能不可逆损害的疾病。其临床表现是反复发作的腹痛伴不同程度的胰腺内、外分泌功能减退。胰管结石是CP病程中常见的病理现象，发生率高达90％，结石可导致胰管梗阻，胰腺实质高压和局部缺血，诱发腹痛频发并加快胰腺功能衰退，因此，祛除胰管结石是缓解CP症状的重要环节。对于单纯的体积较小的胰管结石，
