隧道照明的合同能源管理基准能耗测算方法 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决隧道照明合同能源管理节能改造项目标准不统一、计算复杂及专业性强等问题,研究了基准能耗测算方法,建立了基准能耗确定模型。该模型在分析基准能耗影响因素和对天气情况作气象分级的基础上,采用数理统计方法及能耗监测设备获取的历史数据,统计不同的气象分级天数,计算不同天气工况隧道基本段和加强段照明全设计功率日等效开灯时间的总体平均值、隧道加强段和基本段照明设计总功率,确定所需的基准能耗值。案例分析及试验结果表明,由该模型测算得的基准能耗与实际按需开灯状态下实际能耗值基本匹配,可为节能改造项目的节能量验证、经济效益评定和支付方式制定提供较为科学的参考依据。 The calculating method for energy consumption is studied and a benchmark energy consumption model is es- tablished, to resolve problems of various standards, com- plex and strong professional computation in tunnel lighting energy saving renovation projects. Bases on an analysis of the influencing factors over energy consumption and the classification of climate conditions, this model uses mathe- matical statistics and the the historical data acquired from energy consumption monitoring equipment, to collect the meteorological classification days, calculate the population mean of the opening equivalent time of full - designed pow- er days and the total power of lighting design in both the basic and the strengthened segments of tunnel, in order to determine the values of energy consumption standards. Case studies and experimental results demonstrate that the value of energy consumption standard calculated by this model has basically matched the actual value of energy con-sumption in opening lighting, providing more scientific ref- erences for the energy saving corroboration of the renova- tion projects, the evaluation of economic benefit and the formulation of payment model.
