摘要 采摘后的新鲜果蔬是活的生命体,仍然进行新陈代谢活动,从而导致其物理量和质量发生变化。本文假设新鲜果蔬的物理量和质量随时间的变化而变化,需求受其质量和出售价格的影响,当质量下降到一定值后需求发生显著改变,在保鲜的条件下建立了库存定价模型并给出了相应的算法,最后给出了数值例子。 Fresh produce is a living entity. Even after harvest, fresh produce continues its metabolic activity, which leads to the qualitative and quantitative deterioration in fresh produce. On the other hand, the demand for fresh produce is affected not only by its sales price but also by its quality. In this paper, first, we consider the pricing and lot-sizing problem for products with quality and physical quantity deteriorating simultaneously in preservation technology, then we consider the .retailer gives price discounts without preservation technology. The algorithms for finding the optimal solution of the problems are discussed and numerical examples are given.
