摘要
本文作者在《制造技术与机床》杂志2014年第4期刊发了"数控机床可靠性方法论"的学术论文,在国内外首次提出数控机床可靠性方法论的概念,搭建了机床制造企业实施可靠性工程的理论体系,建立了"8341可靠性工程"的框架结构,可以作为数控机床制造企业开展可靠性工作的顶层设计。从2014年第7期开始,连续刊发了26篇论文,围绕数控机床可靠性工程的相关概念和方法进行了全面介绍,包括可靠性基础理论、可靠性设计、制造可靠性保障、可靠性管理、可靠性试验、可靠性评估、用户可靠性监控、人机料法环测6个因素的控制等。本文结合案例介绍在机床制造企业实施可靠性工程的具体流程和方法。
The authors have published the academic paper entitled "CNC Machine Tools Reliability Methodology" in "Manufacturing Technology Machine Tool" magazine on Issue 4(2014),proposed the concept of CNC machine tools reliability methodology firstly at home and abroad,built up the theoretical system for CNC machine tool manufacturers to implement reliability engineering,and established the frame structure of "8341 Reliability Engineering",which can be carried out as a top design of reliability implementation for CNC machine tool manufacturers.Since Issue 7(2014),26 papers have been published continuously.The concepts and methods of CNC machine tools reliability engineering have been introduced comprehensively,including the basic theories of reliability,reliability design,manufacturing reliability ensurance,reliability management,reliability test,reliability evaluation,user reliability monitoring,and 5M1 E control,etc.The specific processes and methods for machine tool manufacturers to implement reliability engineering are introduced with cases in this paper.
