摘要
以产品在CNC规模化生产过程为背景,提出并分析了工厂自动化所经历的三个重要的发展阶段及其特点,即单一化、连接化及智慧化的建立。工厂自动化在规模化生产过程中,不仅提高了生产效率,降低人的生产参预度,更重要的是通过细化生产过程,不断消除人对产能、工艺、品质、成本等生产要素的不利影响,提升人力价值。通过对CNC智慧工厂实际生产案例的分析,提出了"自动化+互联网+精益生产=智慧工厂"的生产模式,构建工厂生态循环系统,不断提升技术管理的价值度,使工厂自动化真正融入生产工艺及管理细节中,用科学化管理替代传统人治模式。
The product in the scale of CNC production process as the background,proposed and analyzed the factory automation has experienced three important stages of development and characteristics,that is single,connected,and intelligent.Factory automation in large scale production process,through refining the production process,not only improve production efficiency,reduce human participation in production,the more important is that eliminate the adverse effects of human in the production capacity,process,quality and cost,etc,enhance the value of human.Through the analysis of smart factory in CNC production case,put forward the new production mode of " automation + Internet + lean production =smart factory",structuring factory ecological circulation system,constantly improving technology management value degree,making the factory automation integrate into the production process and management details,using the scientific management instead of the traditional rule by person.
