托布轮滑机构焊接成形工艺优化

摘要 针对托布轮滑机构焊接变形问题,分析焊接变形缺陷成因;根据托布轮滑机构装配尺寸精度要求,基于工业机器人自动焊接设备,采用"一体式"焊接夹具装夹,优化焊接成形工艺,进行托布轮滑机构焊接制作。经实践验证,"一体式"焊接夹具结构稳定可靠,焊接成形工艺合理,有效解决焊接变形问题,满足托布轮滑机构安装工艺要求,具有一定实用价值。 The causes of the deformation defects were analyzed aiming at the deformation problem for welding of fabric roller parts.Considering the high assembly accuracy of fabric roller parts,it was fabricated with adopting an "integrated"welding fixture and optimizing welding process,based on industrial robot automatic welding equipment.It was proved by practice that the new "integrated"welding fixture structure is stable and reliable,and the weld forming process is reasonable,which leads to good effect and less deformation and can meet the manufacturing requirement for fabric roller parts.It can give some reference for the welding fixture design of similar products.
