摘要
以安徽省际边缘区32个县(市)为研究对象,从综合经济实力、人民生活水平、技术创新环境、对外开放水平四个层面构建评价体系。选取2007、2010和2013年为研究截面,运用熵权TOPSIS法,确定安徽省际边缘区县域经济指标权重,对其发展水平进行综合评价和排序;运用聚类分析法,对安徽省际边缘区县域经济发展水平空间差异进行研究。结果表明:综合经济实力是县域经济差异的重要原因,技术创新和对外开放是推动县域发展的中坚力量;安徽省际边缘区县域经济总体水平不断攀升,但各县发展现状不尽相同;安徽省际边缘区县域经济发展存在明显的空间分化,皖浙、皖苏地区县域经济较为发达,皖鄂、皖豫、皖赣地区发展水平相当,且较之皖浙地区差距较为明显。
Taking 32 counties (cities) along Anhui provincial border as the researching object, the author has constructed an evaluation system from the following four aspects, comprehensive economic strength, people' s living standards, technological innovation environment and the level of opening-up. Selecting 2007,2010 and 2013 as the researching section, the author uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to determine the weight of indicators, evaluates the economic development level of areas along Anhui provincial border, and adopts cluster analysis method to research the spatial difference in economic development of areas along Anhui provincial border. The results show that economic development difference ismainly determined by comprehensive economic strength, and then the technological innovation and opening-up level. The economic development level of the areas along the Anhui provincial border differs from one another, though the overall economiclevel along the border is increasingly rising. Obvious spatial differentiation of regional economic levelalong Anhui provincial border has been found, such as the regions between Anhui and Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangu are more developed, the regions between Anhui and Hubei, Anhui and Henan, Anhui and Jiangxi have relatively the same level, and the gap betweenAnhui and Zhejiang is obvious.
