综述了基于C—N键断裂的芳基肼参与的偶联反应,主要包含自由基偶联反应以及过渡金属催化自身偶联反应、Suzuki反应和Heck反应等方面的研究进展.这些研究表明芳基肼是一个非常高效的芳基来源.
As a special synthons containing C--N bond, hydrazine chemistry has attracted a growing interest of chemists due to its versatility in cross-coupling arylation. This review summarizes the recent advances in the coupling reactions of arylhy- drazine, which is utilized as an effective arylation reagent in radical reactions, and transition metal-catalyzed homocoupling, Suzuki coupling and Heck coupling via C--N bond cleavage.
