摘要
针对某车型正面碰撞仿真分析中发动机罩变形模式较差和碰撞后与前风挡玻璃干涉的问题,提出利用Hyper Mesh软件建立正面碰撞的发动机罩子结构仿真模型,优化发动机罩子结构在正面碰撞中的变形模式。将发动机罩子结构模型优化结果导入整车正面碰撞模型中,查看碰撞结果是否满足整车碰撞性能。经过计算和分析,改进后的发动机罩在碰撞过程中的变形模式满足设计要求,与前风挡玻璃未接触,排除对乘员的潜在风险。为设计部门提供了一种高效可行的改进方案。
Focused on the problem that the poor deformation mode of engine hood and interference with the front windshield in the simulation analysis of the frontal impact, this paper introduces the sub-structure simulation model of the engine hood that is built with Hyper Mesh, optimizing the deformation mode of sub-structure of engine hood in the frontal crash. The optimization results of engine hood are loaded into the model of the vehicle frontal impact to inspect whether the impact result meets the vehicle performance or not. The deformation mode of the improved engine hood in the frontal impact meets the design requirements through calculation and analysis, no contact with the front windshield, therefore the potential risk for the passengers is removed, it will provide the effective scheme for the design department.
