某车型空调降温性能的提升 被引量:3

摘要 为了提升某车型车载空调制冷性能不佳和舒适性差的问题,根据环境模拟试验室汽车空调系统试验的各项技术指标、试验项目、试验方法及试验步骤,并结合汽车空调系统的基本工作原理和各关键零部件(压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、膨胀阀等)的结构、功能及作用,成功地分析出影响空调性能的6点重要因素,对各单项空调性能影响因素进行了论证,选取可行性最大的5种方案进行改进并做对比试验,结果表明,改进后该车型空调性能明显提升,各工况下车内平均温度下降4℃以上。改进后的空调系统成功的运用在量产车上,改善了整车舒适性,满足了消费者的要求,为今后的空调降温性能研究提供了可供借鉴的方案。 In order to improve a vehicle air conditioning refrigeration performance and comfort, on the basis of the technical specification, test items, test method and procedures of the vehicle air conditioning system in the environment simulation chamber, and combined with the basic working principle of vehicle air conditioning system, each key part structure(compressor,condenser, evaporator and expansion valve, etc), function and effect, six key factors that affect the air conditioning performance are analyzed, selecting 5 kinds of schemes that has powerful feasibility to improve the performance and carry out the comparison through proving the factors that affect each item performance of air conditioning. The results show that the performance of air conditioning has been improved greatly, the average temperature in each working condition fell down 4 ℃.The improved vehicle air-conditioning system successfully installed in the production car, improving vehicle comfort, to meet the demands of consumers, providing the guideline for the cooling performance of the air conditioning in the future.
