化形与超越:“中国梦”的一个阐释

Transformation and Transcendence: An interpretation of China Dream

中国梦的实现离不开路径的选择。"化形"与"超越",或者自上而下的"下得去"与自下而上的"上得来",应成为实现中国梦的路径选择。其化形的表现为:从人民的梦化形为公民的梦,从国家梦化形为个体梦,从国家—国民的结构化形为国家—市民社会—公民的结构。其超越的过程是:个人超越狭隘的私人利益走向整体利益,国家超越各种特殊利益的羁绊与影响,为中国梦的实现提供公平正义的社会环境与均等的社会公共服务。

The realization of China dream cannot be without selection of its path. Transformation and transcendence,or＂landing to the land＂through＂from top to bottom＂and＂going up＂through＂from bottom to top＂should be the path of the realization of China dream. The reason is that China dream is not only a dream of the whole,but also is the dream of the individual sharing the opportunity of colorful life. The double characteristics of China dream differentiate China dream from the American dream and there is conflict and union inside of China dream. Therefore,the realization of China dream should have the process of transformation and transcendence. The way of transformation of China dream is through the transformation from dream of the people to dream of the citizen,from China dream as the whole to the individual dream and from the country-countryman structure to the state-civil society-citizen structure. The route of transcendence is that the state should be detached from all the private interest and provide the public service without partiality and build a justice society and that people should be beyond their insular interest and care about the overall interest.
