何挺颖是中国共产党在井冈山时期优秀的政工干部。研究、总结何挺颖做思想政治工作的方法,既能更好地缅怀烈士,也为我们今天的党建工作、高校的思政课教学工作以及其他与思想教育相关的工作提供有益的方法论指导。何挺颖思想政治工作方法可以总结为六点:目标清晰,以信念引领人;桃李成蹊,以美德感召人;逐步推进,以骨干影响人;身体力行,以实干带动人;百折不回,以韧性折服人;敢作敢为,以魄力赢得人。

He Tingying was an outstanding official of political work in the Jingganshan period. Studying and summing up his ideological and political work methods can not only better cherish the memory of the martyrs,but also provide rich methodogical guidances for today＇s Party＇s construction,for the ideological and political work in universities,and for the other work relevant with ideological education. His work methods can be summarized as the following six points： with clear goals,and leading people with faith; having many pupils following him,and impelling people by his own virtue; promoting graduall by influencing people with the main leading force; leading people by practising what he preaches; subduing people with perseverance and winning people with courage.
