摘要
对于《证据法学》这一门具有较强实践性的课程来说,传统的课堂教学方式难以产生良好的教学效果,因此可以针对本门课程采取法律诊所教育方式,以提高学生对证据规则及理论的理解运用能力,并培养学生的证据思维。为此,应从法律诊所教育的方式、案例的选取、问题的筛选、解决对策的引导、教学过程的总结等几个方面,设计有效可行的法律诊所教育方案。
Evidence law is a course with practicalness,and traditional class teaching can＇t produce good teaching effect.Clinical legal education can be applied in this course to enhance student＇s comprehension and application ability about this course,and develop their evidence thought. Therefore a feasible and effective education program including the pattern of clinical legal education,choice of cases,preparation of problems,direction of solution and summary of clinical course should be designed to carry out the clinical education.
