摘要
本文主要对针对超超临界二次再热机组的特点,确定主蒸汽管道、再热系统管道以及高压给水管道的设计参数和管道材质;通过技术经济比较,优选主汽和再热系统的管道压降和管道规格;对六大管道进行全面优化,大幅度减少六大管道材料耗量,降低系统阻力。
According to the characteristics of the ultra supercritical double reheat units, this paper detennined that the design parameters and materials of＂ the main steam pipe, the reheat steam pipe and the high pressure water pipe.Through technical and economic comparison, pipe pressure drop and specifications for main steam and reheat systems are optimized. Through the comprehensive optimization of the six major system pipelines, the amount of materialconsumption is greatly reduced and system resistance is proper reduced.
