摘要
促进清洁能源并网是缓解化石能源约束趋紧与环境日益恶化的重要手段,并网后电源结构的协调优化将直接影响电力系统的安全稳定运行。基于含优先级的目标规划理论,建立了以环境效益为第一优先级的目标函数。将满足社会用电需求和电源稳定性作为刚性约束条件,煤炭消耗以及污染物和CO2排放作为主要控制条件,同时考虑各电源发电量未来的变化情况对电源结构进行了多场景分析。最后应用LINGO软件求解得出2020年3个场景下各类电源的发电比例。
As an important means to relieve the increasingly serious problems of fossil energy constraints and wors- ening environment, promoting the grid-connection of the clean energy power gets more and more attention. Optimi- zation of power structure with clean energy affects the safe and reliable operation of the directly. Based on the ob- jective programming-theory, an objective function which takes environment benefit as the first priority is built. Pow- er structure under multiple scenarios is analyzed, taking social electricity demand and power stability as rigid con- straints, coal consumption, emissions of pollutants and CO2 as main control conditions, and the future changes of power generating capacity are also considered. The results under the three scenarios in 2020 are obtained by LIN- GO software.
