摘要
汽车车顶覆盖件在冲压生产过程中遇到跌落冲击会发生不同程度的变形。在不改变材料的情况下,为抵抗车顶类钣金件的弯曲变形,以钣金件的抗弯刚度和惯性矩为优化目标,基于工程优化准则方法,采用VBA语言编制EXCEL内置宏文件的优化程序,给出最优的加强筋形状,获得最大抗弯刚度。
Automobile panel has incoordinate deformation while falling off in the process of manufacturing. Since the material of the roof is stable and the bending stiffness heavily depends on the inertia moment, the maximum inertia moment is regared as optimization destination. By using VBA macro language to program the inference of optimization criteria, the optimal geometry of stiffened beads that resisting bending are derived and the maximum bending stiffness are obtained.
