摘要 浇口位置的设计对注射成型的质量有着重要的影响。本文首先根据MoldFlow浇口分析功能将手机后盖的4个浇口位置设计在流动阻力最低的区域,然后对其注射成型过程进行仿真分析,由于成型后制品缺陷明显,需对浇口位置进行调整。浇口位置调整后,充填的平衡性和熔接线得到了明显的改善。 The gate position design has an important influence on the quality of injection molding. In this paper, based on the gate analysis of the MoldFlow, the four gate locations of the mobile phone back cover are designed in the area where the flow resistance is the lowest, then simulation and analysis is carried on the injection molding process. Due to the obvious defects of the products, the position of the gate should be adjusted. After the gate position is adjusted, the filling balance and the weld line have been improved obviously.
