摘要
以鼓粉盒注射模具设计为例,介绍了鼓粉盒模具的基本要求,分析了鼓粉盒注射模具设计的特点和长距离油缸抽芯模具设计的注意事项,提出了鼓粉盒模具脱模系统和浇注系统的设计方案,为从事模具设计的人员合理地确定鼓粉盒模具设计方案提供借鉴。
The article takes toner cartridge injection mold as example, introduces the basic requirements of this kind of mold. It analyses mold design characteristics and long distance core-pulling mold design points. Also in this article the author provide solution for deformation in demould of toner cartridge molds and provide mold designers a good reference in this field. The core-pulling mechanism can safely and reliably accomplish the core-pulling motions, and the quality of molded plastic products can meet the requirements of design and operation.
