摘要
汽车转向拉杆在汽车零配件中生产量巨大,生产设备的合理选用,能有效节约生产成本,而选用设备则需要对拉杆的成形力进行预计算。为此,本文针对拉杆的径向挤压生产过程,采用主应力法推导了总压力计算公式,并利用Defrom-3D软件进行了模拟试验,验证了公式的可实用性。
Huge automobile steering rod in automobile parts production, reasonable choice of production equipment, can effectively save the cost of production. And choose equipment need to be done on the pull rod forming force calculation. Therefore, in the light of the radial extruding rod production process, the principal stress method, the total pressure cah;ulation formula is deduced, and the simulation experiment has been carried out by using Defrom-3D software, verify the formula can be practical.
