摘要
针对模具型芯、型腔切削性能差,在异形型芯加工廓形过程中精度不易保证等问题,通过耳塞外壳型芯零件结合Cimatron E软件在模具数控高速加工方面的强大功能,探索了淬硬合金工具钢的异形型芯在高速加工中的编程策略,进行了数控高速加工仿真设计。
In view of the mold core and cavity cutting performance difference, in the process of shaped core contour machining accuracy can not be guaranteed, this paper through the ear shell type core parts combined with CimatronE software in mold NC high speed machining of powerful, explore the hardening alloy tool steel shaped core in high speed machining programming strategy, high-speed CNC machining simulation design.
