益生菌临床应用的共识与实践

Consensus and practice for probiotic use

本文对耶鲁与哈佛益生菌工作组发布的《益生菌应用推荐意见—2015年会议记录与共识意见更新》进行解读。共识中推荐益生菌可以用于抗生素相关性腹泻、艰难梭菌相关性腹泻、炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、坏死性小肠结肠炎和儿童腹泻的预防或/和治疗,并首次增加了益生菌在肝病中的应用推荐。

This paper describes the consensus opinion of the participants in the 4th Triennial Yale/Harvard Workshop on Probiotic Recommendations. Recommendations for the use of probiotics in antibioticassociated diarrhea,Clostridium diffcile diarrhea,inflammatory bowel disease,irritable bowel syndrome,necrotizing enterocolitis and childhood diarrhea are reviewed. In addition,it is the first time for recommendations for the use of probiotics in liver disease.
