摘要
在制造汽车平衡块中,通过制定合理的生产工艺参数,以钢代铜,用熔模铸造工艺生产出了合格的汽车用高锰钢平衡块,大大降低了生产成本。通过对焙烧工艺的改进和对传统热处理工艺的改进,解决了壳模烧不透和铸件磁性不合格的问题。
In the manufacture of automobile counterbalance,through setting proper processing parameters and using steel instead of mallet alloy,qualified automobile counter balance of high manganese steel was produced with investment casting process,which has greatly reduced production cost.The problem of shell under roasting and magnetism was solved through improving roasting process and improvement of conventional heat treatment process.
