摘要
由于MasterCAM具有独特的优势,因此,其在数控加工中得到了广泛的应用,但其在数控铣加工的仿真真实性方面一直受到人们的诟病。这主要是受到使用者的经验不足所造成的。文章以旋转体零件为例说明如何利用MasterCAM来开展仿真度较高的数控铣加工仿真,通过选择适当的模型,正确的工艺顺序以及合适的参数来进行仿真。借此来提高数控铣加工仿真程度,以达到加工仿真得到的效果与实际的加工工艺得到的效果保持一致。
Because the Master CAM has unique advantages,and has been widely used in the numerical control processing,but its validity in NC milling simulation has been criticized by people,which is mainly caused by the user's experience.The article explains how to use Master CAM to the implement simulation of NC milling simulation taking revolving parts as an example and implement the simulation by choosing appropriate model,correct process sequence and appropriate parameters.It aims to increase the degree of NC milling simulation in order to achieve the result of machining simulation and the actual processing technology to get the consistent results.
