Economic Analysis on the Problem of Migrant Workers in Shaanxi Province

陕西省是一个城乡二元经济结构明显,城乡差距不断扩大的西部省份。随着社会结构的演变,诸如薪酬、养老、医疗保障、社会福利、子女教育等农民工问题尤其突出,涉及社会的各个领域,是我国现阶段经济转型期城乡不和谐因素的具体体现,严重影响着社会、经济的发展与和谐。因此,从经济学视角对陕西农民工问题进行分析,寻找内在经济根源,是时代的潮流与要求,也是解决问题的一个重要思路。

Shaanxi province is with urban and rural dual economic structure and great gap is expanding between urban and rural areas of the western provinces.With the evolution of the social structure,such as salary,pension,health care,social welfare and children education problem are particularly prominent,involved in all fields of society,is manifestation of disharmony factors at present stage of economic transition in urban and rural areas,which seriously impacts development of society,development and harmony of economy.Therefore,the paper analyzes the problem of migrant workers from the perspective of economy and looks for inner economic root,which is the trend and requirements of the times and also an important way of thinking to solve the problem.
