Skills Training for Migrant Workers in Nw Urbanization

在城市化进程不断加快的背景下,越来越多的农民工进入城市之中,期望在繁华的城市中找到发展的途径。然而,在现代经济的发展中,对于人才的需求量较大,对于人才素质的要求提高,这使得农民工就业难度相对提高。为了保证农民工的就业与经济的发展,我国近年越加重视农民工职业技能的培训。文章针对当前农民工职业技能培训现状加以分析,并提出其中的问题,针对问题加以研究,指出对应的策略,希望能够有效提高我国农民工素质,推动经济发展。

Under the background of accelerating urbanization,more and more migrant workers pour into the city,expecting to find the ways of development in the bustling city.However,in the development of modern economy,demand for talented persons is bigger and the requirement of talent quality is also improved,which makes the migrant workers employment difficult.In order to guarantee migrant workers employment and economic development,our country attaches more attention to their vocational skills training in recent years.Based on analyzing the current status of peasant workers' vocational skills training,this paper puts forward and study problems,and points out the corresponding strategies,hoping to effectively improve the quality of the migrant workers in our country and promote economic development.
