摘要
高职校食堂是高职生就餐活动的主要场所,高职学生掌握必要的食品安全常识,切实参与到食堂管理中来,利于高职学生和食堂经营者的沟通,减少高职生和食堂经营者之间的矛盾,构建和谐的就餐环境,为学校的发展与稳定提供有力支撑。同时,高职学生通过参与食堂检查管理,提前接触社会、了解社会,锻炼了自己,提升了能力。
Cantten is the major dinning place for higher vocational students,and vocational students master the necessary food safety knowledge and are involved in the dining room management,which is conducive to communication between higher vocational students and the canteen operator,reducing the contradiction between higher vocational students and the canteen operators,the construction of a harmonious dining environment,and provide strong support for development and stability of the school. At the same time,through participating in the canteen management,the higher vocational students can early contact with society, understand social,exercise themselves and promote the ability.
