稳心颗粒对冠心病QT间期离散度影响的Meta分析

Effect of Wenxin Granule on QT dispersion in Coronary Heart Disease:A Meta-analysis

目的运用Meta分析系统性评价稳心颗粒对冠心病QT间期离散度的影响。方法通过计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库及PubMed自建库至2015年6月公开发表的关于稳心颗粒对冠心病QT间期离散度影响的临床随机对照试验,运用RevMan5.3.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入12个随机对照试验,共892例,其Jadad评分均为1~2分。Meta分析结果显示,稳心颗粒可显著降低QT间期离散度(WMD=-9.77,95%CI为-11.70^-7.85,P<0.000 01)及校正后QT间期离散度(WMD=-7.79,95%CI为-9.98^-5.60,P<0.000 01)。结论稳心颗粒可显著降低QT间期离散度及校正后QT间期离散度,尚需大样本、高质量、双盲的随机对照研究加以验证。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of Wenxin Granule on QT dispersion in coronary heart disease via a meta-analysis.Methods The databases CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and PubMed were searched for randomized controlled trials（RCTs）on the effect of Wenxin Granule on QT dispersion in coronary heart disease published up to June 2015.RevMan 5.3.3software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 12 RCTs were included with 892 cases,and the Jadad score ranged from 1to 2points.The results of the meta-analysis showed that Wenxin Granule significantly reduced QT dispersion（WMD=-9.77,95% CI-11.70to-7.85,P0.000 01）and corrected QT dispersion（WMD=-7.79,95% CI-9.98to-5.60,P0.000 01）.Conclusion Wenxin Granule can significantly reduce QT dispersion and corrected QT dispersion.However,double-blind RCTs with a large sample size and high quality are still needed for validation.
