高效液相色谱法测定伤风停胶囊中橙皮苷的含量

Determination of hesperidin in Shangfengting Capsules by HPLC

目的建立测定伤风停胶囊中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用Waters C_(18)柱(5μm,150 mm×4.6mm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(18∶82),流速:1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长283 nm。结果橙皮苷在9.58~95.76 mg·L^(-1)范围内,其峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系Y=0.231 9X-0.021 7,R=0.999 9,回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.60%。结论该方法结果准确,重现性好,可用于测定伤风停胶囊中橙皮苷的含量。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Shangfengting Capsules. Methods Waters C18 column（ 5 μm,150 mm × 4. 6 mm） was adopted with mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0. 1% phosphoric acid（ 18∶ 82）. The flow rate was 1. 0 m L· min^-1,and the detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results Hesperidin had a good linear relationship in the range between 9. 58 mg·L^-1 and 95. 76 mg·L^-1. The coefficient of recovery was 99. 2% and RSD was 0. 60%. Conclusion The method is accurate,reproducible and can be used to determine the content of hesperidin in Shangfengting capsules.
