耕读传世家,宗范立善德——以淮安余门家风族规、辈分字谱为个案的儒学考察

The Lifestyle of Farming and Reading Running in the Family;Family Regulations Cultivating Goodness and Morality——A Case Study of Family Yu's Tradition,Regulations,Seniority and System of Character Trees in Huaian from the Perspective of Confucianism

古代中国的宗族治理,儒家文化一直扮演着重要角色,一方面,家风、家训、谱牒、族规的修订普遍受到儒家经典的影响;另一方面,儒家由于长期浸润在宗族生活中,也变得更加精致,更加深入人心。江北余氏耕读堂"五常"、"十德"的家风直接来自儒家学说。其新近修订的"族规十二条",共72个字,儒家韵味十足,体现出丰富的仁义底蕴。"余氏耕读堂辈分字谱"更与儒家所追求的精神意旨一脉相承,不仅包含仁义、忠孝、信睦、宽敬等儒家道德工夫论,而且还强调文治武功,家国安泰,涵摄力强,辐射面广,也很有境界。因而在今天可以成为传统文化促进江淮农村底层社会治理的典型案例。

The Confucian culture has long been playing an important role in governing the ancient Chinese clans.On the one hand,the revision of tradition,motto,genealogical tree and rules of a family has generally been influenced by Confucian classics;on the other hand,thanks to the long-term infiltration in the clan life,Confucianism has become more sophisticated and more popular among the people.The ' Five Routines' and 'Ten Virtues' of Family Yu in the north of the Yangtze River has directly originated from Confucianism.Its newly revised 'ZuGui Article 12',a total of 72 words,is of obvious characteristics of Confucianism,giving expressions to rich kindheartedness and justice.In addition,the seniority and system of Family Yu's Gengdu Hall is more closely connected with pursuits of Confucian,not only including Confucian moral theory,such as kindheartedness and justice,loyalty and filial piety,integrity and harmony as well as tolerance and respect,but also laying emphasis on political and military achievements and family and national peace as well,which enjoys strong and broad influences.Therefore,it has become a typical case of the social governance of rural areas in Huaian,Jiangsu Province being promoted by the traditional culture.
