河南农业水文化传承与创新研究

A Study on the Inheritance and Innovation of Agricultural Water Culture in Henan

河南农业水文化是中国水文化当中的一个典型,它的内涵与水文化是一致的。农田水利文化不仅是水文化的主体,更是河南农业水文化的主体。河南农业水文化不但包括了中国农业水文化的一般特征,同时也具有它鲜明的地域特征。河南的农业水文化从特殊性来讲在河南经济社会发展中具有重要的地位。但是在目前的发展过程中河南农业水文化仍然存在一些问题,包括思想观念落后、研究与教育不足、建设发展滞后、政策措施不得力和资金人才缺乏等问题。对此,需要从贯彻落实《河南水文化建设规划纲要》入手,加强水文化宣传、人才队伍建设以及水利遗产的保护和利用等工作力度。

Farmland water conservancy culture is not only the main body of water culture,but also the main body of agricultural water culture in Henan. The agricultural water culture in Henan not only includes the general characteristics of Chinese agricultural water culture,but also has its distinctive regional characteristics. The agricultural water culture in Henan has an important position in the development of economy and society in Henan. But the current development of agricultural water culture in Henan still exist some problems,including backward ideas,lack of research and education,the development and construction lag,policies and measures is not effective lack of funds and talents etc. In this regard,we need to carry out the implementation of the The Water Culture Construction Plan in Henan Province to strengthen the publicity of water culture,the construction of talents team and the protection and utilization of water conservancy Heritage.
