Internet has been influenced and changed the behaviors and reading habits of colleges students profoundly. Classics and deep reading has been lost popularity and replaced by fragmentation reading,shallow reading and utility reading. In the process of cultivating college students' reading qualities,many colleges and universities often suffer the hard situations in which interest is in conflict with the pure desire to seek more knowledge,utility reading can't coexist with quality reading and the management rational contradicts students' perceptual. There are plenty of measures to promote college students' reading qualities,such as creating an excellent reading surrounding,bringing information and reading education into the education system of colleges and universities,strengthening the digital reading capacity,enhancing the education on classics reading and professional reading,etc.
