磁共振导引下氩氦刀冷冻消融联合免疫生物治疗肠癌肝转移的效果研究

Effect research on magnetic resonance guided argon helium targeted ablation combined with CIK biological therapy in treating liver metastasis from colon cancer

目的探讨磁共振引导氩氦靶向冷冻消融联合CIK生物治疗治疗肠癌肝转移的疗效。方法选取2010年1月~2012年12月在吉林省人民医院接受治疗的37例肠癌肝转移患者按治疗方式分成冷冻消融术组15例、CIK生物治疗组10例、冷冻消融联合CIK生物治疗组12例,分别进行冷冻消融术,CIK生物治疗和冷冻消融联合CIK生物治疗,并对术后结果进行评估。结果肠癌肝转移经治疗后均较治疗前明显缩小,其中冷冻消融联合CIK生物治疗组较单纯冷冻消融消融面积增大明显,残留组织少,比单纯CIK生物治疗组血中癌胚抗原下降,T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氩氦靶向冷冻消融联合CIK生物治疗肠癌肝转移较单纯冷冻消融和单纯CIK生物治疗效果更加满意。

Objective To explore the effect of magnetic resonance guided argon helium targeted ablation combined with CIK biological therapy in treating liver metastasis from colon cancer.Methods 37 liver metastasis from colon cancer patients,accepted treatment in Jilin Provincial People′ s Hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected and were random divided into freeze ablation group（n=15）,CIK biological therapy group（n=10） and freeze ablation combined with CIK biological therapy group（n=12） according to the treatment method.The three groups were respectively given freeze ablation,CIK biological therapy and freeze ablation combined with CIK biological therapy.The postoperative result in three groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,the liver metastasis from colon cancer decreased obviously compared with pretreatment.The ablation area obvious increased in freeze ablation combined with CIK biological therapy group than simple freeze ablation group and with less residual tissue;the serum CEA decreased than simple CIK biological therapy group,T cell subsets and immunoglobulin increased,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Argon helium targeted ablation combined with CIK biological therapy in treating liver metastasis from colon cancer has better effect than simple freeze ablation and simple CIK biological therapy.
