全科护理对社区健康水平的影响

Impact of general nursing care on community health level

目的探讨全科护理对于社区健康水平的影响。方法选择2014年5月~2015年5月我社区接受全科护理的患者作为研究组,选择2013年4月~2014年4月在我社区未接受全科护理的患者作为对照组,各100例。对照组仅给予常规的护理方式进行护理;观察组均给予全科护理方式进行护理。护理后,通过调查问卷的形式将患者对整个护理工作的质量、满意度及原有疾病复发或恶化情况进行详细记录并进行统计学分析与比较。结果观察组护理质量及满意程度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者发生疾病复发或恶化5例,发生率为5%;对照组患者发生疾病复发或恶化22例,发生率为22%,两组比较,观察组的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全科护理作为一种新型的护理模式,使社区患者的护理质量得到显著提高,且患者满意度均较高,很大程度上促进社区的整体健康水平,值得临床进行广泛的推广与应用。

Objective To study and explore the impact of general nursing care on community health level.Methods Patients who accepted general nursing care in our community from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as study group,and patients who did not accept general nursing care in our community from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected as control group.100 patients were selected from each group.Patients in control group were only given routine nursing,and patients in observation group were given general nursing care.After nursing,patients′ quality of the whole nursing work and satisfaction degree,the recurrence or deterioration of the original disease were detailed recorded,statistical analyzed and compared by the form of questionnaire.Results The nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patientsthatresponded from the patients in observation group were obvious higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance compared between two groups（P〈0.05）;Comparison the recurrence or deterioration of the original disease in two groups showed that 5 patients occurred disease recurrence or deterioration in observation group and the incidence rate was 5%,22 patients occurred disease recurrence or deterioration in control group and the incidence rate was22%,the incidence rate in observation group was obvious lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance when compared between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion General nursing care as a new type of nursing care model,which can obvious enhance the nursing quality for the community patients and with higher satisfaction of patients,improve the overall health level of the community in a large extent and is worth to widely popularize and application in clinical.
