"一带一路"建设不只是沿线国家经济贸易合作,也是沿线国家人文交流互动的过程。在这方面,上海要以客观严谨的态度认知人文交流,既能融合各国文化,又能"取精弃粕",发展自身文化,形成世界潮流和地方特色包容兼并的"新海派文化"。上海要借鉴欧美日韩的成功经验,推"轻"项目走出去。可从推文化产品入手,让教育、影视、美食文化等率先走出去,再带动其他的"轻"项目共同走出去。

The construction of n One Belt and One Road＂ is not only economy and trade cooperation along the country, but also a process of cultural exchanges between the countries along. In thisregard,Shanghai should hold a objective and rigorous attitudes and awareness towards cultural exchanges, integrate national culture and ＂ take fine abandon dross＂, develop own culture,to form ＂ new Shanghai culture＂ by a merger of world trend and local characteristics. Shanghai should learn from the successful experience of Japan, SouthKorea,Europe and the United States, that is , push ＂light＂ projects go out,let education,film,and food culture first to go o u t,and then, drives other ＂light＂projects together to go out.
