摘要
在煤矿安全事故中,以矿井通风安全管理不善引发的事故及伤亡人数为最多。矿井通风安全管理首先应从管理机制入手,切实摒弃掉麻痹大意的心理,制定并严格落实好各项安全管理制度;其次,还要对通风系统予以优化设计,切实保障矿井通风系统的安全有效运行。
