玉米芯水解时焦油的产生原因和影响因素

摘要 以乙酸为催化剂进行玉米芯气相水解制备糠醛的实验研究,考察温度和乙酸浓度对于糠醛及其副产物产量的影响,同时对反应后残渣的焦化现象进行考察,结果表明:以乙酸为催化剂,玉米芯水解的最佳反应条件为温度180℃,乙酸浓度为5%;当温度在120~200℃范围内,乙酸浓度在3%-7%范围内时,温度升高和乙酸浓度增大都能增加焦油的含量,水解反应后玉米芯残渣有焦化现象。 The technique of producing furfural from Corn cob by gas hydrolysis in acetic acid was studied.We investigated the influence of the temperature and the concentration of acetic acid for the production offurfural and its byproducts, while the reaction residue after coking phenomenon were also investigated. Theresults showed that: Acetic acid as a catalyst, the best reaction conditions for hydrolysis of corn cob wasthe temperature of 180 ℃, acetic acid concentration was 5%; When the temperature was in the range of120~200 ℃, the concentration of acetic acid was in the range of 3% to 5%,the tar content was in-creased with the increase of the temperature and the concentration of acetic acid, corncob residue after hy-drolysis occurred coking phenomenon.
