摘要
综合考虑公交及小汽车两种出行方式,提出以人均行驶速度为核心的路段交通拥堵指数算法。给出利用浮动车、公交GPS及IC卡数据提取平均车速参数及公交站点上下客人数参数的计算方法。案例研究表明,提出的算法具有可行性及较高的准确性,且比传统算法更加符合出行者对交通拥堵程度的整体感受。
Based on the traditional method of congestion index for road sections centering on average speed of vehicle,a new method that considers two kinds of travel modes of bus and car and centers on per capita travel speed of travelers is presented.For computable result,estimation method of vehicle average speed and number of boarding and alighting passenger of public transportation by the data of floating car and IC card is given.Experiments show that this method is operable and creditable.Comparing with the traditional method,the traffic congestion degree computed by this method has higher concordance with the travelers' impression.
