基于船体变形的轴承垂向偏移模糊分析研究

摘要 船体变形会导致轴承垂向偏移及负荷发生变化,影响船舶轴系运行的安全性与可靠性。开展基于船体变形的轴承垂向偏移不确定性研究,将为轴承的优化设计提供理论支持。针对影响船体变形的主要不可控因素,以某大型集装箱船为研究对象,采用模糊综合评价法和层次分析法相结合的方法建立了推进轴系模糊分析模型,通过分析波浪频率、浪向、浪高和相位4种波浪载荷因素对船体变形的影响规律,得到了表征轴承垂向偏移的量值范围,并与概率统计结果进行比较。2种理论的最大相对误差为11.5%,从而验证了模糊理论可用于轴承垂向偏移的表征和分析。 The hull deformation,leading the vertical offset of bearing and the changing of load,seriously affects the safety and reliability of the ship shaft system.To carry out research on uncertainty of bearing vertical migration based on hull deformation,the theoretical support is provided for the optimization design of the bearing.Aiming at the main uncontrollable factors affecting the deformation of hull,taking a large container ship as the research object,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process are used to establish the fuzzy analysis model of the propulsion system,and the influence of 4kinds of wave loads on the hull deformation is analyzed.The range of the value of bearing vertical offset value is obtained,and the results are compared with the statistical results.The maximum relative error of the two theories is 11.5%,which verifies that the fuzzy theory can be used to characterize and analyze the vertical offset of bearing.
