结肠肿瘤前细胞系的建立及应用

摘要 结肠肿瘤前细胞即永生化结肠上皮细胞系(IMCE),来源于Immorto小鼠和腺瘤性结肠息肉病基因(Apc)min/+小鼠杂交后子代小鼠的结肠上皮细胞,其表型正常,可发生恶性转化,已成为肠道肿瘤发生发展相关研究较为理想的细胞模型。此文主要就该细胞系的建立及其在肠道肿瘤发生机制和筛选防治药物等领域中的应用进展作一综述。
